Wow did I upload lots of pictures! I was thinking "I haven't put any new pictures on dA for a long time...I should do that..." so I did. I'm hungry...but its 1:21...HURRAY FOR CHRISTMAS BREAK!! Although I have tons to do!! ARRRGGG! Besides buying presents, I need to work on my scholarship essay, finish a portrait for art, read a book for english, blah blah blah...I'll be so happy when my scholarship thingy is done...the essay must be PERFECT!! It's for a full-ride, so it's very competitive...wish me luck! Ok...I kinda want to go to bed now...
just thought i should write an update....uhhh, life's good, but uber busy (stupid college applications and scholarships...)ive been so tired lately cause of school, but who isnt? waiting eagerly for the start of the robotics season (nerdy, i know). that is my life, i want to go to bed, so good night all!
Ok, so our robotics team (team 399) competed in the denver regional and we were AWESOME!!! first we won imagery (meaning we're pretty, yay)and then we go on to WIN FIRST PLACE!! UNDEFEATED BABY! our robot (called the tin man) was so epically cool! between our flawless robot, uber smart programmers, and the best flippen drivers ever, we were able to win first place for the first time in our 10 years of existance! i cried i was so happy! but no, that wasn't enough for us, we went on to win the engineering inspiration award, the 2nd most prestigious award you can get! either of the awards would have gotten us into the world championships in atlanta, georgia. we were also one of the most spirited teams there, and the people there asked us if we were going to be coming back next year!! not only did we win some awesome awards, we won a lot of respect!! I LOVE ROBOTICS KIDS!! I LOVE TEAM 399!
